Live Training Sessions: What is an LTS?

Live Training Sessions (LTS) are weekly two-hour meetings held virtually throughout your year with the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. LTS cohorts are limited to 16 students, accompanied by a dedicated course facilitator, fostering a close-knit, interactive learning environment. All of our course facilitators are graduates of our program and master coaches who are ready to help guide you along your journey to becoming a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.

During LTS, you will take turns practicing the coaching skills that are taught in the monthly lesson content, acting as both the coach and client. You will then receive feedback from your course facilitator and peers to help you grow into a strong coach.

Our graduates often describe the LTS as the most transformative part of the FMCA experience. Many of our graduates have stayed in touch with the other members of their cohort and have made lasting friendships. Be sure to select a day of the week and time when you can reliably attend on a weekly basis!

Live Training Sessions: When is my LTS?

You are making an investment in yourself by choosing FMCA, so make sure that you are selecting the day and time when you will have a quiet space to focus on LTS without distractions. You will need to be on camera for these calls, so please keep that in mind. This is a time for YOU! 

Reminder: your LTS will meet on the SAME day and at the SAME time each week that LTS are held.

* FMCA observes Daylight Savings Time. All LTS timings are referenced in the Central Time Zone (Chicago, IL). For example, if your LTS is scheduled for 4 pm Central Standard Time (CST, UTC−06:00), it will remain at 4 pm Central Daylight Time (CDT, UTC−05:00).
